Michele J. Miller, MS, CCC/SLP earned national certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and is licensed to practice in Maryland.
Ms. Miller received her B.A. from Loyola University Maryland and M.S. from West Virginia University, with specialized training in Augmentative and Alternative Communication.
In over 30 years of practice, Ms. Miller served with the Easterseals, United Cerebral Palsy, and Children's National Hospital in Washington DC. She also lectured/supervised in the Department of Speech Language Hearing Sciences at Loyola University Maryland for 15 years. Ms. Miller designed courses in Phonetics, Articulation/Phonology, Advanced Phonology, Communication Disorders, Child Language Development, Linguistics and Diversity Practices. Presently, she conducts back-to-school school speech and language screenings, diagnostic evaluations and remediation services in a variety of settings.
Ms. Miller holds ACE awards from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association for continuing education. She is a member of the Maryland Speech-Language-Hearing Association (www.mdslha.org) and the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (www.asha.org).
Ms. Miller raised two sons who enhanced every gray hair. She loves to dream, talk and eat her way to travel destinations domestic and abroad.
